Established in 2017
I decided to open the BorderLaw PLLC to help individuals navigate through real estate property law issues that many face today.
You should consider meeting with a lawyer to discuss whether you need to bring a quiet title action. An experienced attorney can look over the facts of your case and offer advice tailored to your situation.
You should find an attorney with experience in real estate or property law. I have been practicing real estate/property law for over 16 years.
Brett A Border
I began practicing law in 2003 representing thousands of individual and business debtors in proceedings under the Bankruptcy Code. From there, I moved to administering cases under Chapter 13 for the Chapter 13 Trustee in the Eastern District of Michigan. After that avenue, I began representing some of the biggest banks in the world, advising them on matters relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure, title, escrow and eviction matters. Now I am back representing persons like you. I have the experience and relationships that can help you relax and know that an experienced attorney is at your side.
Outside the Courtroom, I like to spend time with my Son and Daughter. I also like to run races. I am a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Consumer Bankruptcy Association and the Oakland County Bar Association. I am a current sitting board member of the Consumer Bankruptcy Association and have spoken at several seminars covering bankruptcy practice. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the Eastern and Western District of Michigan Federal Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
